Terms of Service

The service

Resellio is a profit-tracking tool for resellers. By using Resellio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the data you enter. One person or business per account, please. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to subscribe to Pro.

Starter (free) and Pro

The free Starter plan tracks up to 15 inventory records (sold items included) and up to 10 expense entries per month, with a basic profit dashboard. Resellio Pro — unlimited items and expenses, advanced Insights and charts, sorting, and CSV import/export — is a subscription: $7.99 per month, or $49.99 per year (about $4.17 a month), billed through Stripe and renewed automatically until canceled. Both plans include exactly the same features for monthly and annual Pro subscribers; there is no separate annual tier.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; canceling stops the next renewal but Pro remains active until the end of the period you've paid for — access is never revoked mid-period. When Pro ends, your account returns to Starter: all of your records remain stored, readable, and editable, Starter limits apply to creating new records, and you can resubscribe at any time without losing data. Hitting a plan limit never deletes or hides your existing records. Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription payments are not refundable for partial periods. If we ever change Pro pricing, we'll tell you before your next renewal and the new price will apply from that renewal; existing subscribers are never silently moved to a different price.

Estimates, not advice

Profit figures are estimates computed from the fee table in your account. Marketplaces set and change their own fees without notice, and Resellio is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, Vinted, or Etsy. The Insights summary is a bookkeeping organizer — it is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Verify important numbers and consult a qualified professional for your situation.

Your data

Your business data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync, and display it back to you as part of running the service. You can export it (CSV) at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload the service, no impersonation, no using Resellio to facilitate the sale of goods you have no right to sell.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Resellio fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date and announced in the app before they apply to existing subscribers' renewals.
